Happy Halloween

Hello all, Happy Halloween, I hope you've all got your costumes ready if your going to a party. Well it's been a very busy weekend at Bee Crafty and it hasn't slowed down yet hence the lack of blog for yesterday, but I have added a new range of card charms to the web as well as the Panache Daisy Dots Card & Vellum which comes in gorgeous colours for every taste. We don't have a sample using them yet but I will get one this week if I can,(well if I tell Donna she can play we might have one tomorrow) Well I'm very proud of myself I bought my first Christmas present at the weekend , not much but it's a start, but I'm so stuck for ideas so if anyone's got any spare Christmas pressie ideas send them my way I've got loads of people to buy for. Okay I'm going to rant now about something completely nothing to do with crafting why do children find it fun to throw eggs at peoples windows? Not big not clever and just plain stinky and I was going to give out sweeties tonight too! GRRRRRRRRRRR. Back to crafting I will get some new Christmas Card Samples on the gallery today, and I'll try and update the others too remember if you have any questions about products, topics, workshops or the web just post a comment through this post or put feedback on the website. or if you just fancy saying hello that's good too.
Speak to you soon

Chistmas is Only 59 Days Away!!!!!!

Phew!!! What a busy day. It's half four and Mum's just finishing her lunch. Well due to the masses of people in the shop today I've only managed to add one new page. but it is the Panaché Elegance Collection for Christmas and it is lovely the pictures really don't do it justice so if you're within travelling distance come in and take a look, we do have loads more of the Panaché range as well and I dread to think how long that will take but I will do my upmost to get it on next week. I've also out a new Christmas card on the Gallery for you to have a look just click on the link to the left and it's the first one there. Infact I'll put it here just follow the link for a description I would also like to shamelessley ask for your vote in the independent retailers category of the Crafts Beautiful awards if you click on the Vote Now link on the Home Page all you need to do is fill out your name and address and put Bee Crafty Evesham in the Midlands Independant Retailer Category we will love you forever and if we get place I'll do a massive promotions day in celebration. Wow I'm shattered, well I'll have no news form the cupboard tomorrow as it's Mum and Ady in, and they'll love it if you pop in and say hello, and Dad'll be here as well and if your nice he'll even make you a cup of tea. Ooh nearly forgot for anyone local we're in the Cotswold & Vale Magazine this month with a lovely editorial layout so have a good read.

Bye Bye for now, I'll try and get some good gossip over the weekend. Have good one

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry about that I am having what is commonly known as "a day".Ever feel as if you your walking uphill into a headwind well that's my day!. Anyway some good news is that there are Christmas peel offs on the web and glittery ones two which are really gorgeous and in the glittery ones there are leaves that go together to make a poinsettia medallion, if I get chance I'll make a sample so you can see what I mean. There is also a new page on the scrapbooking gallery with a picture of my gorgeous nephew on it we all call it his catalogue shot look how gorgeous he is. Also Pat I have put the picture of the card made with the xyron on so go and have a look, There is also some lovely Christmas decoupage sheets they are really good quality so if you want a special card for some-one, alternatively they are step by step so they're easy enough to do for everyone. The boss has confirmed she will definitely do a prize for the best Christmas card we get, I think it's going to be a goody bag, yey may favourite. Remember if you have any questions you can go through the feedback page of the website, (and read what others have said about us) or just comment on a post and it comes straight to me, I'll try and get a new Christmas card posted for you tomorrow and also I'm going to be bringing you some gorgeous festive card, acetate, and vellum that's been heat foiled called Panaché (ooh it even sounds luscious . We've had lots of deliveries over the past couple of days including, card, paper, peeloffs, decoupage, cardpacks, laplights, and so much more which is why I've been slow with the blog. I'll try and let you know all we've had ASAP or you can always pop in.

Happy Crafting & We'll talk soon

Hello Everyone, sorry I haven't been back on today, it's been an absolutely crazy day at Bee Crafty and lots of you will be very glad to know that I have been building pages for the website for Peel Offs (what a nightmare) but it's great news for you they won't be finished until tomorrow and it is just the christmas ones for now but they are so pretty and some gorgeous glittery ones too. But until then I have put some other things on the site today, like Christmas Vellum's and Woodware Clear Magic Christmas Collection so that's good, I also owe Pat a big apology as I promised I was going to put a picture of the card we made with the new Xyron machine on the web but I didn't have time, I'm sorry Pat, but this is a very hectic cupboard I will do my upmost to get it there tomorrow. Ooh but before I go some big news quickly we are going to be open on Sunday the 19th November as this is the Christmas Lights switch on so we're going to do some make and takes and perhaps some mince pies and nicer cake too for those who don't like them (me for one eeeurrrghhh) So I will fare the well and speak to you tomorrow

Morning all, I will do a longer post later with some more exciting info, but for those who have never visited the shop and don't really know us that well, have a read of the comments left on my first post. It is from one of our regular customers Karen who is absolutely mental, but we love her. It will give you a great idea of the type of friendly shop we run, basically always up for a laugh and a giggle after all we are crafters first and having fun is what it's all about. Like I said I'll give you a better update from the cupboard later. Till then have a good day.

Welcome to the Bee Crafty Blog, I'm going to give this a go and see if it benefits you (and me). My name is Bev and I work in the cupboard at Bee Crafty in Evesham, I do everything from VAT to samples and my desk is always an absolute mess, (well looking busy is the hardest bit). Julie is the boss and also my mum and opened Bee Crafty 5 Years ago and bless still doesn't get paid we have Donna and Ady here as well. Donna is our longest running member of staff and although we threaten to sack her quite a lot (she is wonderful at her job we just like to see her panic) we all know we wouldn't. Ady is probably the most ladylike amongst us and has a more textiles background which means she can always come up with ideas we didn't even contemplate. So from here on in I will do my best to keep you up to date with the daily goings on in the shop, some of the jokes, and funnies and tell you all about life in a craft shop.

Thanks

Bev
