Good Morning
Sam is currently attempting to teach a Mini Books workshop this morning and they've brought sweeties so I will be abandoning my desk and joining in soon :). The boss has just been and handed me a pile of post, cheers mate, I tell you everytime I get post it seems to have a blooming VAT return in it so that's what I'll be spending the next while doing.
I've got my first parentcraft class next week, quite excited should be good, but I feel like I'm going to support Dave rather than the other way round as I've done nowt but read up over the last gawd knows how many weeks so hopefully I'm pretty well informed. Well I'm going to go peeps and start working my way down this post and getting the overnight web orders posted and I will speak to you again soon :)

how the devil are you - its been a while!!! that Beverley Jayne wouldn't let me blog - just kidding! wish i had the time!!!!
Well whats new - erm its was my birthday couple of weeks ago for which my wonderful parents got me the best part of a silhouette machine - bev bought me an awesome hairdryer - i have a lot of hair for those of you that don't know me - and hubster got me a new mobile - so all in all i can dry me hair talk to people and cut stuff out - HOWEVER NOT ALL TOGETHER - dont try this at home!!
The shop is so exciting at the moment - new stuff in every day i can't keep up myself its brilliant - having the best job in the world is a blessing i must say - i only wish i could stop trying to take everything home.
Keith is brewing nicely - for those of you not aware (keith has been mentioned before) keith is the bump shape that bev is hiding under her jumper -so basically she is either ironing her t-shirts over a wok or oh my goodness - SHE'S PREGNANT!!!! yayyyyyyyyyyyyy i'm going to be an Aunty!!!!! i can't wait and as daft as i am most of the time can i just say from the bottom of my heart how wonderfully happy i am for her!!! ooh what a girl i am!
Anyway back to the shop - loads of new stuff as i said - and more to the point lots of bits n pieces in the pre christmas clearout bins - lots of bargains to be had.
We are also lucky to have an extra pair of hands in the shop this week by way of Rachel our lovely work experience girly - she's a great asset with buckets of knowledge and crafty experiencefor someone of her age a meer 15 - oh them was the days - anyway she's going to pop on and give you a quick hello then i'll come back to wrap it up for today here goes.................
Hmmm.... what shall I say? Well this is my third day of work experience and so far it's been great. In between wondering whether skeletons have bums or not and making a couple of stack-its cards, I've done a bit of work. There's some new goody boxes to have with lots of lovely embelishments in them - I just wish I had a bit more money. Only two days left before I have to go back to school :( and then I have to do boring work. I'm not sure what else to say except for a great big thank you to everyone at Bee Crafty for welcoming me here and letting me have a play with all their goodies. I can't think of a better work experience than this as I get to see all their new stock - I just keep getting more and more ideas. Anyway I'll leave you with Sam who's going to finish her MONSTER blog.
I'm back - right just to clarify the skeletons bum thing - Rachel bought me and bev chocolate lollies today and mine was a skeleton and i merely pointed out where the stick was.
Ok guys me thinks thats more than enough for one day so you take care and keep up the good crafting!!!!
speak again soon

Let's have a sing song
So I was thinking lets have a sing song but first a little bit of trivia:
"Happy Birthday to You" is a song which is sung to celebrate the anniversary of a person's birth. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, "Happy Birthday to You" is the most popular song in the English language, followed by "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow" and "Auld Lang Syne." The song has been translated into many languages, though it is often sung with the English lyrics even in countries where English is not a primary language.
The melody of "Happy Birthday to You" was written by American sisters Patty Hill and Mildred J. Hill in 1893 when they were school teachers in Louisville, Kentucky. The verse was originally intended as a classroom greeting entitled "Good Morning to All". The version as we know it was copyrighted in 1935 by the Summy Company as an arrangement by Preston Ware Orem, and is scheduled to expire in 2030. This was the first known written version to include the lyrics. The company holding the copyright was purchased by Warner Chappell in 1990 for $15 million, with the value of "Happy Birthday" estimated at $5 million.[1] While the current copyright status of the song is unclear, Warner claims that unauthorized public performances of the song are technically illegal unless royalties are paid to them. It is unknown, but speculated upon who wrote the lyrics to "Happy Birthday to You
Okay now everyone together
Happy Birthday to You
Happy Birthday to You
Happy Birthday to Sam
Happy Birthday to you
Beautiful singing voices, now I would like some Birthday cards to put in the gallery so if you just e-mail them to me at shop@beecrafty.net. I will get them up
See you later folks (pub tea tonight mmmmmmmmmmm)

Well I'm up at least, it was a good night. We all went to Laura's ( our fabby Saturday assistant) wedding party and have a great time so you'll understand why the curtains are still drawn and the radio is on quiet........................sssssssssssssshhhhhhhhh don't laugh that loud please.
I must say she looked absolutely stunning in ivory brocade, as did the bridesmaids and groom, looked exceedingly handsome.
Well it was a busy ole day in the shop yesterday and we had some lovely visitors in from north of the border. Bless, he said that he thought they'd stopped of at every craft shop between East Kilbride and us on route. What a great hubby. In fact we have folk in from far and wide yesterday so "thank you " to you all, we are really grateful for you taking the time to seek us out and also to all of you making those return trips again thanks, it's a good feeling to know that you put us so highly on you shopping venue list.
Sam has been playing with some of the new Christmas embossing templates so I'll post pictures as soon as they are turned into cards. Well I'm off to Bev's for dinner so take care and speak to you soon.

and just for the hell of it here's a couple of picture's I took as we drove along the coast below Calais.

When did she do that???
The VAT finally got finished but I don't know why it was a real slog this time just seemed never ending and every time I though I was finished a new pile of receipts would just pop up out of nowhere and all my figures would have to be done.
To anyone local, did you see my ugly mug in the Cotswold and Vale, double chins galore, I must be one of the very most unphotogenic people on the planet, don't get me wrong very very very very occasionally there is a photo of me I don't thing urrrrrrggghhhhh but in general, yup that's what I think. I was very chuffed with my article though, don't get me wrong rereading there is probably a few grammatical oopsies that I would take care of but none as big as crapbooking, which their person wrote last year I could of screamed my head off, PLUS it makes us all see how important one letter is:)
Anywho(sorry I get the feeling I'm rambling)is everyone back to regularity i.e. schools going back or are we all still recovering from the summer holidays? Well my gorgeous little nephew had his very first day at school yesterday, it was sooooo exciting PLUS it was his birthday too, so we had a Scooby Doo Party which was lots of fun, with a Mystery Machine Cake, that the boss had made for him by a lady that comes in the shop which was not only funky but absolutely delicious, chocolate yummy yum yum.
Right I'm gonna get and get back to it, if I don't get back before it's me and Sam this weekend so come by and say hello

I am so rubbish
I apologise again for my recent rubbishness and I will endeavor to stop it happening again. I really haven't got loads of time at the momemnt but I just wanted to stay how sorry I am.
We ordered a bloomin editorial in a local magazine and when we got it back it was POOP! I couldn't believe it I reckon if alex could have dictated one for me to type it would have come out better and so I've asked for dicsount but will I get it I bloomin well doubt it, but if my words end up with someone elses name GGRRRRRRRRRRRRR I'll have em :)
Well enough of me ranting I better get back to the grindstone, if I've described the publishers as bad I'm starting on the suppliers this afternoon.
Have a good one peeps, we have loads of new fabby stuff in the shop and I will do all I can to get it on this week but I'm not promising at the moment because everytime I do something pops up.
Byee peeps
Let me know if there is anything specific you need

I'm sorry
We have had loads of calls and e-mails over the past week from everyone asking if we are okay and survived the floods, well we did. Anyone who saw the news pictures of the floods in Evesham will know how bad it got but luckily we are a further up the road from the river so we escaped pretty much unscathed (just a ceiling incident).
Some of the businesses further down were hit quite hard and I just want to say how impressed I am with Gem form Gem's Stems, the florists at the bottom of Port Street. The flood waters came up to the top of her front door and because she never gave up and spent her entire Saturday night Sunday and Sunday night cleaning she managed to Open again last Monday Morning. Her dedication to her customers is absolutely inspiring, plus my OH had me some flowers sent from Gem on Friday and Oh my word they were stunning all in pinks with about 30 stargazer lillies roses and loads more it was lovely. The lovely thing about our street is we are all independants making it a real pleasure to work here (also means we all work very hard and understand each others woes)
I have been keeping the website better updated than the blog with new products added all last week, I haven't put any on today yet but I will get round to it I promise, I hope you are all having a good day and the sun is shining

Friday the 13th
Okay so who feels unlucky? Well I don't but I tell ya the day has not started well the card machine is having a humungous flid, and they won't give me a time when the new one will be delivered PLUS everytime I phone them I feel like I'm the idiot I'm asking relatively simple questions and can't get a bloomin straight answer and to top it all off the next bloomin VAT has arrived GRRRRRRRRR! Anyway I though I might bring a bit of education to our Friday morning and type some words that I can hardly pronounce so here we go
The fear of Friday the 13th is called paraskavedekatriaphobia (a word that is derived from the concatenation of the Greek words Παρασκευή, δεκατρείς, and φοβία, meaning Friday, thirteen, and phobia respectively; alternative spellings include paraskevodekatriaphobia or paraskevidekatriaphobia) or friggatriskaidekaphobia, and is a specialized form of triskaidekaphobia, a phobia (fear) of the number thirteen.
So there you go, I new the triskydecca wotsit but the others were all new to me lets face it you gotta love google, I saw this fab thing the other day on an american lady's blog where she had come up with an uingenious way of storing her punches, and like most great ideas really simple. She attched a thick wooden fram to the back of a door and then put curtain rails at different intervals down the fram and when she'd finished the punches with lever pointing tiwards the floor just rested on the bar I tell you . I was so impressed the only flaw with that plan is I've just turned the doors round in my crafty cupboard so there is more light so both the doors back on to walls but I thought that someone out there may find it useful.
I tell ya I cannot believe it is raining I was just starting to get used to the sunny spells and some if Dave's rellies are having a barbeque so I dpon't wanna get soggy, mind you they will probably get all to mullered to be bothered, not me though, some of you may know why and some of you can probably now guess, but I'm still not divluging completely yet so I'll just let your imaginations roll with it.
Right the Glitter Girls new boards and DVD's have just arrived so I'd better go and get them priced and loaded on the site.
See you later
Bev

Happy Monday peeps
How have we all been, did you all have a good weekend well if you dodn't make sure you come to the shop this weekend because I in the shop and lets face it that is definately good news.
It's been a really busy day today picking orders, doing orders cleaning shelves talking to our fabby customers one of those fabby days when we realise how much we love doing what we do, and we really do love it becaus eit's wicked.
My gorgeous nephew phoned us up today ( wanted to talk straight to Nanny (Julie) of course not interested in lil ole me, it had lunch at big school day, bless him he's so excited, he starts school properly in September and it's really weird it seems like the last five years have just gone poof and there they go.
Well wasn't this weekend beautiful the sun finally remembered it was July (if only briefly) and it was blooming gorgeous, we had a barbie on Saturday because it was Dave's (my other half) birthday and his mum and dad came over from the Black Country and we all sat outside on my decking, it was beautiful, and bless my sister she jsut sits there listening to Dave and his mum and dad talk she loves listening to them because she thinks the Dudley accent is really musical, bless her.
Well I'm going to get going as I've got to speack to a man about phones (I live the life of a rock star I tell ya :) )
speak to you soon :)

So you want to know who we all are?
Julie - the boss of Bee Crafty, but because she doesn't like anything like paperwork or VAT etc, she just loves to craft and show people how to craft and talk about craft and you get the idea. Anyway because she doesn't like the "business end" I (Bev) work in the shop with her doing all the admin, web building etc and I'm Julie's youngest daughter.
Bill - Mr Julie and Dad, he's the bestest dude in the whole world (obviously) and aside form having a "proper" job can be found at Bee Crafty most weekends doing maintenance shop fittings making tea and lunches and generally looking after us, he doesn't craft himself (however has dabbled at some digi) but does like playing with the gadgets and has a great eye for good products so we do take his advice (even if we pretend we don't)
Bev (that's me) - Like I said I'm Julie's youngest daughter I've been at the shop for over two years now after getting a B.Sc.(Hons) in Biological Sciences (very useful I hear you cry) I went ot Plymouth Uni which was fabby, I live my my other half Dave, we bought our first house round about this time last year and I'm loved up to the point that I can't stand myself sometimes :)I love scrapbooking and stamping, and think it's perfectly natural to be addicted to and love to stroke paper!
Sam - My Big Sister and Julie's eldest daughter. Sam is married with the m,ost gorgeous little boy who adorns most of Sam's mine and mum's scrapbook pages, Sam's a real girly girl whereas I'm not so much. Her husband Mark works with my fella at a well known car dealership in Stratford. Sam loves pink and has more clothes, shoes and handbags than she'll ever need, but I love it because she lets me borrow them :) and Sam will be coming to work with us more permanently from September.
Ady - Ady joined Bee Crafty around the same time as me has gorgeous red hair, and is very talented with textiles, we are paper craft but ady's experience with colour and texture is a real asset when people are looking for inspiration with a project PLUS she can change till rolls in a flash! She's starting to get into Scrapbooking and like me likes to collect paper and stroke it for a while before using it. Ooh and Ady is also the 21st Century equivalent of Annie Oakly and Barbara Good, she has a menagerie of animals including pigs, lambs, ducks etc, and she is the bestest shot at the air rifle league.
Laura - Laura's a newby to the shop working Saturdays don't know much yet but I'll tell you what I do know she's getting married soon, made all her own Wedding Stationery and is absolutely addicted to the DCWV Once Upon a Time Range she absolutely loves it, she's also super cheery, and I have on good authority a dab hand at learning the new things that come in.
What we all have in common is we love what we do and we always promise never to let anyone buy something they don't need and if you ever have any queries on how something works we will be more than happy to show you, after all it gives us an excuse to play :) AND we're great at making a cuppa.
Any othe questions be sure to let me know

Hiya, Sams gonna blog!!
How's everyone doing I hope your all okay and managing to keep relatively dry, I've got a bit of a "treat for you today, I'm always telling you how mental Sam is so I'm gonna drag her in here and do the blog so you can see for yourself. That's me and Sam she's the eldest (and don't I like telling) Okay here she is
HIYAAAAAAAAAA
Well don't I feel like i've got something to live up to!!! Today has been relatively calm for me - i have been behaving and looking after Beth the lovely work experience girly - awesome cos she's been helping me get the oodles of stuff that came from Die Cuts with a View & Dovecraft out onto the shelves.
Then she got ooober excited at working the till - oh to be 15 again!!!! On a funny note i did almost break my ankle falling over ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!! how entriely ridiculous yet very funny so i jumped round the shop shoutin LOTS OF PAIN LOTS OF PAIN - fortunately this was before the shop opened so no-one apart from Bev heard me - the sympathy was amazing - she looked me up and down and that was about my lot and then when she realised I had actually hurt myself she did jump up and check - by which time I was putting the kettle on for a brew!!! gotta have a brew first crack or the world stops you know!
Then came the staple diet of Darylea sarnies for lunch - kids will do anything for Dairylea ya know. Managed some frazzles too - oh and while i'm on the subject why are packets of frazzles so small now - they were MASSIVE when i was a kid - and no its not cos i'm bigger - you ask bev she'll tell u I haven't grown since i was about 7!!!!
Does anyone remember Krypton Factor??? wellllll putting together the new stand for the peel offs (which are BOGOF i may add) did we ever have a task - sorted in the end though - i went for the brute force and ignorance thingy and all seems to be almost there now - i'll get bev to keep u updated on what i will now name "spinnergate".
oooooooooh its hometime in a few minutes and i haven't tidied up behind the till - i am a bit obsessive about that - and bizarrely i quite like the washing up so i'll squeeze that in too!!!!

Persisting it down?!?!? Well No Not really.
Well we were warned of gale force winds raging torrents of rain a,d thunder and lightening so what have we got lovely sunny spells but a bit overcast every now and then, what did I tell ya they just don't know :). For everybody who has got this weather I really do feel for you we had the storms overnight and crikey wasn't it hammering down and the porch of the shop was ever so soggy this morning glad we've got the inner door otherwise we would have been water logged. So anyway I hope you all had a good weekend despite it being soggy, what did you get up to, well I was in the shop Saturday and yesterday I did . . . . . . . .well very little ot be honest, we popped into Redditch for a little mosey around the new cinema looks ever so good or it could just be that I really like the dark blue glittery tiles, mega groovy :). Well we have added a new sketch for today and also due to a couple of ladies that have had to change their plans we have got a couple of spaces left on the crop for Sunday you can give me a ring or book over the web, and also sorry for anyone who has tried to pay by paypal there was a problem between the cart connection and paypal but I've fixed it all now. It's because we changed form regular paypal to express which means it outs all your details in for you automatically which means less typing WOOHOO. Anyway I'm going to start getting tidied up and then do the days last run to the post office.

Did it get better?
Well no not at first, the order that I was telling you about yesterday well it turned up this morning as I hoped BUT it was missing the two vital products in the order that were the reason for the whole order in the first place. I tell you when I saw the parcel force man arrive with one little box my heart sank (because of the box not the man :) )however after a small rant and a little rave at the company I've got them to send it direct to the customer saying that if I treated my customers the wait they treat me blah blah blah you know the drill, anyway seemed to get the results so there you go. What about this weather though all over the place it was hammering it down this morning when I went to pick mum up it's been on and off all day I went to the butchers to pick some faggots up for tea and I was roasting when I got back to the shop sun splitting the sky, like thee BBC weather lady says it's going to be unsettled, and we all know what that means basically they don't having a flipping clue what the weather is going to do and apparently it's going to be like that for a week ah well what better excuse than to stay inside and get some crafting done, only tomorrow night I'm supposed to be going to a barbecue, think I might be getting a bit wet :) Ne'er mind it's all in the name of good fun. Well tomorrow it is me, Laura and my big sis Sam in the shop so pop in and say hello, and if you have seen them pop over ot the site and look at the lush papers I added today Paper Adventures Paper Heart YUMMY!
Hopefully see or speak to you over the weekend

Picture it Sicily
Well hello again this disappearing flit is becoming a bit of a habit with me isn't it I promise to do better, well this week I have added a few new things to the site including a fabby new sketch for you to follow which I have samples of in the shop just not got them on the site yet (naughty Bev) but it is a good sketch so have a go and show me what you've done, also envelope punches and the new Making Cards arrived today so that's good too. I have spent the morning on to the phone to some somewhat daft suppliers, okay picture it Sicily 1963 we make orders write in big letters on the top URGENT NEEDED ASAP!!!! now for me that means pick pack and send as soon as possible, well apparently I'm wrong it means no matter how many exclamation points or e-mails you send until you phone up and get your blood pressure up we#ll just keep it here GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!! But at least it woke them up :) and everythings on it's way now (or so they say at least) honestly if we were as bad with you you'd say bu&&er off and I wouldn't blame you either:). So come on what news is there form outside they mayhem and rush of Bee Crafty, I live ion a cupboard I need out side info, so whatever you've got gimme gimme gimme, right I'd better get off I'm adding a new range of brads and eyelets to the site this afternoon and as usual any questions or queries about anything (including my mad mind) or even if you just want to say hello the shop e-mail is shop@beecrafty.net.
Thanks

Today we have added some more yummy chipboard including an extension to the big board range and some fab ATD alphas, PLUS a load more Perfect Pearls which are now at a much better price too, apart from that the paperwork is now getting dangerously high as I keep getting seduced away from my desk by the arrival of boxes (ooh love new stash) and I haven't had any chance to do any of my adverts yet so I'm just here to say don't forget the sketch and I have had a beautiful layout given to me today from Karen, who has got a fabby collagey style that I just can't do and I will get a piccie for you tomorrow, well I'd better go and get it done or I'll be in trouble with the boss (yeah right)anyway huns see you later

My get up & go got up & WENT!!
Go on who took it, I mean I'm shattered, which is not good as I have a paperwork pile as tall as I am (and yes that is quite difficult I'm not that short!)a pile of products the other side of me to be added to the web and I haven't done my copy for those ads yet. I have however added the fabby Paper Nation Pets and Senior Men to the site as we now have the full range of Paper Nation sheets, I will be updating the other pages periodically with all the backing papers as we didn't have them all but we do now and they are yummy PLUS we've had the christmas range in they are not on the site yet but I'm hoping to get that done this week too. Isn't this sunshine nice though, I tell you though I did feel cold last night don't know why probably just me. We've had loads of deliveries today as well which means a lot of counting and ticking, so I think the best thing to do is use some double sided tape to keep my eyes open, then again maybe not. So how are you all anyway, where are my sketch gallery entries, we really want to see your work I've already had e-mails from a couple of people saying they've done it but they don't think it's good enough for the site well what can I say except don't be so daft and send me the pictures. Well I've got some orders to pack and then I'll keep going with the website, as that is much better than paperwork and I'll start that with a fresh noggin tomorrow, hope you're all having a good day

The Sketch Gallery is Open
Okay ladies & gents the sketch gallery is Open and your first sketch has been uploaded and as you see it's a good un. This is a universal sketch that is great for cards and scrapbook pages which we think will be great for a bit of inspiration, we've added a couple of samples to the website including this fabby card. I want to see your work send it to me & don't be shy. It's been mental here today but I've got quite a bit done, booked some ads that I have to do copy for tomorrow but todya I have been concentrating mainly on the site and have put on blank books the gorgeous Fancy Pants wildheart and some BG magnetic closures, which is great but see finding all the picture for some of the products its a bloomin nightmare, right I have to go for a last dash to the Post Office.
See you later peeps & get crafting

Pinch, Punch
Afternoon my bloggy friends, how are you all now the thunder has gfone and the Sun has finally reared it's head. I know where have you been you cry, well you'll be delighted to know I've been sorting and arranging the sketches adding a fabby paper range to the site and doing posters and applications form for a Saturday vacancy we have going. I'm really sorry I didn't post yesterday but the shop is manic and trust me my day was not made easier when the thunder started (mum hates in and hides away). PLUS I've done two orders for suppliers (fabby stuff coming) and mum's done two aswell so we've got loads arriving soon. I've got loads of products to scan and then turn into indicidual pictures for the web too which takes aaaagggggeeeeessssss, but it's well worth it in the end, so what have you all got planned for the weekend, I just see lots of paint in my future, my lovely OH has sanded and done two coats of gloss on all the upstairs woodwork and the bannister and is tonight staring downstairs then we can paint the walls (by the way I use the term we VERY loosely :) ). However I am in the shop tomorrow with mum so stop by and say hello and have a mooch and don't forget the shop is Open on Sunday of this week as there is the Scrapbooking Crop on. Might leave you a post tomorrow if not I'm sure Mum will post over the weekend.

Picture it with me . . .
I woke up this morning and thought yay me and Sam in the shop today (Sam's my little big sis) VAT's done invoices are done I can spend the day adding to the site and yeah can be hard work but that'll be relaxing, because although Sam herself is a complete and utter loony tune, she's great fun and always positive, so has the day been relaxing I think NOT! It's been relatively manic here today so I've been rushing in and out plus there is a burst water main in the car park whicjh isn't causing massive problems but it is causing a loud high pitched humming in the pipes above us in the workshop, which is fine in the shop because you can't hear it but it's busting my noggin in here, and isn't this rain becoming a nightmare but I have to say it's actually all my fault, you see three weeks ago Dave and me bought a barbecue and patio set and that's when the weather changed you see so I can only assume it's me saying that when isn't it :)I apologise that the meet the team page isn't up and running yet I hope to get it done soon, but everytime I take my camera out of my bag everyone runs, what's all that about? Anyway I'd better go and get some more done.

Chuddies..............
If anyone is ever thinking of starting their own business please remember that VAT is the ultimate pain in the CHUDDIES!!! I've been working on it for ages and it's one of those things where you know as soon as you've sent it the next one'll be coming through the door, but it's all okay really, had quite a good day invoices are inputted which means the depth of paper on my desk has significantly decreased, which is woozy groovy. What is with this weather though you think it's fine then SPLOOSH!! you get soaked :). Well due to VAT and invoices haven't added much to the web yet today will try and get some more done this afternoon, but for those of you who come here first and not the site, we have extended the bank holiday offers on the Cricut & Silhouette, so if you've been thinking of getting one do it now and save yourself some dosh (to spend on other stash of course :) ) So what did you all get up to over the Bank Holiday, I spent the majority perched on me butt, however we did go and order the carpet for the stairs and landing (I tell ya I live the life of a ROCK STAR!) Okay my lovelies I'm going to get back to the grindstone and keep those sketches coming they're fab.
Thanks
Bev

Well did'nt want to go gardening really or shopping or out for a ride in the car. Have I convinced myself yet...... nope!
I hope you've all had a better day and if not managed to get some crafting of some sort or another done. I've got a couple of circle journals to do and some pictures that really need put onto layouts. Also the Sketch Challenge is just about ready to post on the site so keep your eye's open, should be good fun and I'm sure everyone is looking forward to seeing other peoples take on the sketches.
Take care and have a good day tomorrow what ever you get up to.

The Bee Crafty Price Drop Plan!!
Today has been one of my better ones of this week a load more productive (well I think so anyway) The gorgeous DCWV Albums are on the site , the ones that co-ordinate with the Posies, Far East, Old World and of course Once Upon a Time which are just yummy yum yum, we've also added the DCWV Rub On quotes stacks now all you card makers you definitely can't avoid this one because there is a back that is specifically for cards so have a look. I've also created what I have called (not particularly imaginative I know) the Bee Crafty Price Plan, now the reason we have done this is because we have recently started a permanent Price Drop on our products, now a lot of the newer stuff is already under this new pricing structure and I will let you know what by putting them on the Price Drop Plan Page anyway, I feel that a may been rambling but if you have a look at the page HERE, it explains better (it's getting the end of a very funny week and I am addled!). Also we have had some sketches sent to us but please keep them coming in they are fantastic. It's me, & the boss on tomorrow so pop in and have a look round at our brilliant new stuff, and have a good bank holiday weekend. Might pop on for a quick one tomorrow, see you then

Where'd the sunshine go . . .?
Go on then who did it who turned the sunshine off, saying that whoever it was didn't turn off the heat I'm roasting today. Anyway hello, how you doing peeps? I was off yesterday, hence forgot to bloggy and this morninghas been a complete and utter whirlwind and I've only just been able to add some new products to the web. One of them being the Dovecraft Brush Markers, which are really good value and are blendable and great for using on your stamps. Also I've had the Crate Paper ZOOM Collection, which is mega fun and I'm going to try and get some cards made with this as I think they'll make brilliant cards for men of all ages, and girls who love planes trains and automobiles too. Apart from that I have spent the majority of the day trying to get rotas and such sorted and I tell ya I think my mother has addled my brain I think it's wobbling about my head (I know ewwwwwwww!). PLUS I tell you we have had some funny customers in today, but it's the great ones who don't know they are funny and you just find yourself chuckling later, we really do have the bestest customers. We might have some offers for this weekend, and rememember we are OPEN SATURDAY but we are CLOSED BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY, I hope you are all having a good week and I'll talk to you soon.

Oh what a beautiful day . . . . .
Hey everyone,
Isn't this sunshine just gorgeous, I feel that tonight may be one of those ideal ones to see outside with a glass of wine and relax, but before then I've come to tell you that I have added three new gorgeous paper ranges to the website and these are perfect for card makers too as the patterns are ideally suited to make fabby birthday cards on a couple of them, Doodlebug Birthday Girl and Birthday Boy papers with co-ordinating ribbons too, and a really lush paper range called Precious Metals Silver Lining but don't let the name fool ya these papers are very warm. Ooh what else has been happening not much really just loads of paperwork as always, I tell you you'd think working in a craft shop would be serene, oh no not this one anyway. We are getting sketches and samples done (so much fun, give it a go) and I'm trying to get the web more and more up to scratch, Hang On, I have just been passed the enormous web sheets folder so I'm off to update the Out of Stocks,
See you later

Howdy doo . . .
Afternoon everyone well I feel I've been a bit more productive this morning adding the fabby Maya Road Inspiration Ribbons to the website and the mega Woodware chipboard books that come in the shape of a bag and a purse and are ridiculously low prices so go have a peek. Just in case no one else reads the comments I have been asked if you can suggest sketches for the weekly sketch thingy, and the answer is yes absolutely, we loved to use your sketches just e-mail them to me either with or without a sample of a finished result and we will definitely use them and make sure you tell us your name so you get full credit, also with a piccie and some of the products, techniques that you like the moment it will be regular inspiration fest, so looking forward to it. Well it is going to take a couple of weeks to get going so how about the fourth of June for our first one until then feel free to inundate me with your sketches or even a card or page that you've done and really like and I'll do a sketch to match it, can you tell how enthusiastic I am, I tell you though I have loads of paperwork to do but isn't thinking about this far more fun :). speaking of paperwork I better get back to it. I hope the sun lasted longer for you than it did for us this morning.
See you later

What a Morning . . . . .
You know when you have those days that there seems to be loads happening and then you get to lunch time and feel like you've done bu&&erall!! Well that's me today:) I've rebuilt a few of the inkpad web pages like the Versacolour and the Encore Metallics so they look a load better, better pictures and in alphamabetical order (as Alex says) which is quite impressive because I thought I'd forgotten my alphabet. Well the sketches seem to quite popular and we've had good feedback in the shop about them so I will get my head down and start planning them like I said hopefully something for everyone. Ooh and for all the Peel Off people out there today we have ordered some really nice new medallion peel offs in a good variety of colours. I've still got loads of scrapbooking papers to add to the web, but can all cardmakers remember that a lot of these papers are brilliant backing papers so have a good browse, and I'll get more on the website asap. Right well I better go need lunch I could be fading away here. Nearly forgot I've added the Krylon Pens today if you haven't seen them before click on the homepage there is a link from there.
Speak to you soon peeps

Is anyone else getting miffed with this weather, and you know what it's not because it's raining it's because it can't decide sunny, rain, windy, rain, sunny, hee hee I'm just looking for a bit of continuation :). well as it's just me a nd Donna here today, and we've just had a load arrive I better go and see if she's okay. The Quickutz Silhouette is here we have one to play with, trust me I am excited, well at least I was until we realised the MS Windows that's on the shop PC was produced on the 1800's and we can't use it yet, but Dad is coming in tonight to put a better Windows on so if anyone fancies coming in for a look this week come on down it's fabby and I love it, definatley not bitter about not getting a Cricut for Christmas now as I'm gonna have one of these for my birthday, well a little bit sooner if I can wangle it. So how are you all doing, good yeah no, send me an e-mail or message and let me know. Have you all booked on the Crop for Sunday, don't know why I'm asking because I know whose on it, but there are a couple of places left if anyone wants to come just book online or give me a ring and we can do it over the phone. Ooh and today's the last day for the doodle comp, well I might let you off if you send me something in the morning but after that we will start picking the winner. Now that I think about it forgot to say I found somehting quite interesting last week, my desk is made of wood, I couldn't believe it I thought it was made of paperwork what do ya know isn't Bee Crafty just full of surprises, right I'm off to get loading some more new lush things. Pop into the shop for a chat and a browse and we'll always give you a hand and because we are Open this Sunday there is no excuse so I'll see you soon

I have a craft room tra la la la la
Happy Monday Morning to you all, well I would apologise for my absence in the blogging world last week except that it was crazy here, we did a complete stock take of the shop and anyone who has been to Bee Crafty knows that that is no easy task, and the girls made lists of the things I haven't put on the web yet, there is hundreds I tell you I didn't realise I was so useless, so if you can pop in do that because we have loads more in the shop, but I promise to keep adding, as I thought there was so much on the website already but apparently there are hundreds more items I think I have a headache already :). Well yesterday we went to that Swedish furniture shop in Wednesbury and bought me a table and board thingy to go in my lovely new craft room at home, it's brilliant I have had it twelve hours and I love it already can't wait to start playing, but I know I'm going to be buying some more things in the shop now as now I can put the to good use. We've had some lovely paper mania blossom packs in for all those of you who love these flowers (I do can't seem to Scrapbook without them) Right I'm going to go now as there is loads to do & no time to do it and I've got all these lovely things to add to the web. Ooh nearly forgot the picture is of Julie Bayliss who won our Christmas card Competition by doing a lovely small frilly quilled wreath on a card embossed to look like a front door complete with letter box so well done to her, okay I'm really going now, I'll talk to you later

Hello ... I've got a fairy
On a fellow bloggers site I found this
Whats your fairy name?
http://www.emmadavies.net/fairy/
and I think it's lovely and I may even make a page out of it, so have a look over the weekend and if you want let us know what your fairy name is.
My fairy is called Field Elfwitch
She is a cheerful sprite.
She lives in fields where wild flowers and poppies grow.
She is only seen in the enchanted moment between sleep and waking.
She likes to wear red petals in her skirt. She has delicate green wings like a cicada.
Right I'm off to find that picture and it should be on the site later for all to see.
Byeeeee and have a good weekend

Windy Ole Tuesday
Hiya, sorry I didn't get a chance to come back yesterday manic, I'm shattered, but this morning I have had a bit of a re jig on the website, there is a bit of blurb on the front a more apparent link to the blog and a new Valentines Gallery which is faberoony! There is only a few cards for now but I'll keep adding as we make more, there is also a new card on the card and scrapbooking gallery, I'll also be putting some new ones on the Christmas card one soon I know it may seem silly but I am definitely going to be more organised this year and you might want to join in to. The scrapbook page is of mum (which is a miracle within itself that there is a picture of her) also the winner of our Christmas card prize will be announced this week, and we will be setting a monthly card and scrapbook page challenge in order to win some fabby prizes so that should be good, apart from that all I'm doing is burying myself under the mountain of paperwork that seems to arisen since I've been off and Ady and Mum keep giggling I think they are up to something, wouldn't surprise me they are usually, ooh and there is now a bargain shelf in the shop with up to 50% off some things, don't know if I'll be able to get them on the web because some are just individual items so pop in if you can and I'll see you soon
