CT Ann - Grow Again

Grow Again

By CT Ann

This week I’ve created a simple looking card with a few techniques that you can use on different projects.

 Stamps: DoodleArt - DaNDeDaiSy

Freehand Boarders #1

Inkables: Big Ones, Circles for Circles

Distress Oxide Inks: Salvaged Patina, Evergreen Bough, Rustic Wilderness

Distress Embossing Glaze: Salvaged Patina

Stickles Glitter Gel : Moondust

Slims

Masking & Stencil Tape

Transparency Prints: Walk Your Own Way

Cut a piece of card 4 1/2 inches x 6 1/2 inches & place masking tape along each side…

Position Inkable over card & keep in place with tape…

Start lighting blending Salvaged Patina through the Inkable, over the centre of the card…

Continue blending outwards using Evergreen Bough & finally Rustic Wilderness around the edges…

Remove Inkable & all tape…

Sprinkle Distress Embossing Glaze over the inked card, remove excess & heat slowly to melt the glaze…

Stamp the Dandedaisy onto another piece of card, I used some that was used for excess paint on a previous project …

Cut out the flower & add some white doodles especially to the centre, then add a few dabs of Stickles to enhance the centre…

Frame the circles down either side, using one of the boarder stamps & Versafine Clair Nocturne …

Find a sentiment from the Transparency Prints, cut up as you want & use a white Posca on the back to hi-light the wording…

Glue everything thing on to the circles, mat on to a piece of black card & then onto a 5” x 7” card…

Thank you for stopping by… Ann xxx
