Alison CT - I wish you saw what I see

Hi everyone, today I'm sharing a tag created using Journaling Essentials stamps, Texture Discs, Wordy Stickers and the colours from the Bee Crafty Palette week 3. I find looking back at the different palettes can stimulate ideas for my makes.
To begin, I smooshed fossilized amber distress oxide on to a blending mat.  I spritzed this with water,  then dubbed my tag in to it. I dried this, then repeated twice more.
Next, I blended peeled paint distress oxide through one of the texture discs from set 4.
Then, I blended uncharted mariner distress oxide through one of the texture discs from set 2.
I added a faux stitched border to the tag using an orange micron pen.
After that, I stamped the dangling leaves, from Journaling Essentials 9, on the top and bottom of the tag.  I used tumbled glass distress oxide to do this.
I, then, glued the tag to a piece of black card.

Next, I used Versafine Clair nocturne to stamp two of the long stem/leaf like stamp on to a piece of card, using the second generation ink to stamp it directly on to the tag.
Then, I stamped two of the flower on to separate card.

Whilst waiting for the ink to dry, I added the small crosses stamp to the background of the tag.
I coloured the separate images and those on the tag using fossilized amber,  peeled paint and carved pumpkin distress watercolour pencils. I then cut the separate images out. I added white posca pen to the images.
I glued these to the tag, using foam pads for the flower and its centre.
Finally,  I added a Wordy Sticker sentiment, which I drew a border around using the orange micron pen.
Products used:
White Tag
White Posca Pen
Orange Micron Pen
Distress oxide - fossilized amber,  peeled paint,  uncharted mariner, tumbled glass
Distress Watercolour Pencils - fossilized amber,  carved pumpkin,  peeled paint

Thank you for taking a look.
Alison
