To begin I blended crushed olive distress ink through the Fernando big one, keeping to the left of the page.
I then spritzed the page very lightly with peeled paint distress spritz.
Next I cut three 2 inch squares from a piece of talens watercolour paper and stamped a different border on each using versafineclair acorn ink. The borders are from Journaling Girl Sam, Over the Moon and Stitched Borders stamp sets. I edged the squares with the brown ink left on my blending foam from its last use.
Next I stamped the sketchy bird and the leafy branch from the Journaling Girls Sam using the acorn ink. I coloured these with pencil crayons and cut out.
Then I stamped the smaller of the branches from the Journaling Essentials 6 set using versafine clair verdant. I coloured them and cut them out.
Next I stamped the flower from Journaling Essentials 3 using warm breeze versafine clair ink. I cut the flower out without colouring.
Finally I stamped the two sentiments, one from the Incredible Words set and yhe other from the Mixed Messages 3, using the acorn ink. I cut them out and edged them in brown.
Next I stamped a small portion of the script background stamp on the bottom left of the page.
Next I glued the three squares to the page as in the photo below.
Then I added the brown leaves to the bottom square.
I then glued the green leaves to the top right square.
I then added the bird and flower.
Finally I added the two sentiments.
