MArleen DT - Sorry Im late...
Hi bloggers
Sorry my post is late today. I got caught up the the NEW RELEASE stamps from
Bee Crafty last night. shhhh
Cant wait for you to see them, they are fantastic.. (as always lol)
Anyway.. todays card...

For these 2 cards I had a play with the "Fir Tree" set and the "Christmas word 1" set.
I started by stamping my treee repeatedly with versamark ink. Its a clear sticky ink so I was careful when I stamped my greeeting also.
I then pulled out my PanPastles. I havent played with them in years and have quite forgotten how fab they are. I simply smothered the card (stamped with the versamark) with the 2 colours I wanted. The PanPastles blend so easily they are a dream to work with.
The only down side to them is that they smudge like a chalk, but I fixed my card with a lick of hairspray and they are now good to go.
A couple of quick easy cards, yet wil look fab on any mantlepiece for christmas..

If you're not under my tree...
...on Christmas Morning I'm going back to bed!!!
Hi Everyone
Hope you've all had a good week.
Who has started their Christmas cards yet? Someone told me the other day they have finished theirs!!! Madness but perhaps I am just jealous not to be so organised?
So for this weeks blog post I have used two stamps from the Yuletide range and another from the Backdrops.
I took some Mint and Chocolate coloured cardstock adn stampeed the Bark Positive Backdrops on there in Walnute Stain Distress Ink. Then inked the edges with the same using my Blending Foam. I chopped this up into 3 pieces and layered it up onto the dark chocolate coloured card with just a small enough edge for it to make a lovely contrast.
Doing the same with the Fir Tree made a lovely way to top the card I stamped this in a slightly darker shade - Vintage Photo.
I had some spare cardstock so made the long Rosette Tail finish to place under the layered up Fir Tree. Stamped out the Under My Tree (small) in the same colour and layered it too - and put it all together.
I really like the simple effect of this one hope you do too.
Take Care
Sam xxx

Today we have gorgeous card by Sue
Sue has stamped the sleigh in black and filled in the lines with silver pen and then layered in a rich red piece for the body of the sleigh.
The sleigh is framed by the fab Fir Tree, also available in the Yuletide range, which has stamped ansolutely beautifully and also uses the new message released this week.
