Hello!
This week on the Buzzy Goings on at Bee Crafty blog I am sharing another tag where I used up some of the alcohol ink pieces that I used on my previous tag which you can read about here...
http://beecraftybidford.blogspot.com/2019/06/jane-dt-sunny-sunflower-tag.html
I had lots of small pieces of the background left so decided to use it for a collage to make the base on this journaling tag...
Once I had added all the small pieces to the background I stamped the large girl face onto acetate and coloured parts using paint pens before attaching to kraft card...
I also had some flowers already stamped and cut out from the other tag so coloured them with pens before adding glossy accents and some fine glitter.
There needed to be a bit of something else so I used crackle paste through the metal alpha d'inkable and once that had dried added the flowers and mounted the tag onto black card...
On this occasion I decided not to add a sentiment or phrase as I think this tag may become part of a larger project or be placed in an art journal spread.
Here are the products I used:
* Art Stamps - Doodle Art Girl XL
* Art Stamps - Doodle Sunflower Regular
* D'Inkables - Metal Alpha
* Dylusions Journaling Tag #10
* Alcohol Ink
Thank you for looking and happy crafting!

Products used:
Triceratops stamp set- XL and Regular
Tyrannosaurus Rex stamp set
MDF mini journal
Dinkables
Texture paste
Gilding wax
Acrylic paint
To begin I used texture paste through the Leafy Branch Dinkable, using the stamps as a guide as to where I wanted the leaves to be.
Once dry I painted all the pages in various coloured Acrylic paints. I like to apply the paint with my fingers, blending colours together.
Once dried I applied Gilding wax over the texture paste.
Having prepped all my pages I began stamping and colouring in my images using inks sparkle pens or embossing powders.
I also used Dinkables, with Distress Oxides, to add more dimension to some pages.
I stamped the Sentiments and attached the pages by the rings supplied.
I then adhered the metal embellishment to the front page, using gel glue. I also tied some ribbons on the rings, and attached another metal embellishment to the ribbon.
To finish I painted over the wooden word embellishment and adhered with the glue gel.
I hope you enjoyed today's post

Caz Harwood - 'Create art' CAS grunge card
PRODUCTS USED:
Bee Crafty doodle butterfly regular stamp set
Wordage stamps creativity words
Distrees oxide inks - seedless preserves, iced spruce & fossilised amber.
Versafine onyx black ink
7x7"card blank & card layer slightly smaller
Brayer
HOW TO MAKE:
I personally love the grungy look but I know most will think it is a messy way to craft...
Well it doesn't have to be.
Here is an easy, mess free way to get the grunge look with no fuss!
Firstly stamp a border around the edge of your card mat using the linked squares long stamp in black versafine
Build up a scene using the butterfly and other decorative stamps on the set
I used the creativity words to add a sentiment
Right here comes the fun part...
Using a brayer and oxide inks you can now grunge it up!
Simply roll the brayer onto the ink pad(s) and roller on top of your design. Go from top to bottom and side to side. Mix it up til you get a look you like.
You don't have to fully cover the design, it's personal preference.
I used a distressing tool to fray the edges which adds to the overall effect
Then on my card blank I inked the border with black soot to tie in with the theme.
That's it!
Hope you like
♥️
Thanks for looking.

Lorre-Anne DT - Get better by change!
Hi everyone, this week's Bee Crafty DT post had me playing with the fab Style Wire Squares... it's been a while since I had these stamps out so thought it was about time they featured in a card.
Materials
- 7" x 5" white card blank
- Black & white card
- Style Wire Squares
- Better by change
- Texture Discs
- Distress Oxides (Salty Ocean, Seedless Preserves, Mustard Seed)
- Onyx Black Versafine ink
- White gel pen
What to do
- Cut black card slightly smaller than the card blank, and white card slightly smaller again.
- Create the background by putting some of each Oxide on to a blending mat, spritzing with water and then dragging the white card through it. Dry with a heat tool.
- Use Versafine ink to randomly stamp squares all over the card, then blend some Black Soot through the Texture Disc through the large squares. Mat to the black card and glue to card blank.
- Stamp the sentiment using Versafine ink, chop in to 2 pieces and mat to black card. Attach using foam pads.
- Finish by adding some highlights using the white pen.
That's my project complete for this week, I'll be back next week to share another card with you all.
Hugs, Lorre-Anne x
