To begin cut a piece of watercolour card to 21 x 21 cm. Using Versafine Clair nocturne stamp the Dream face in the bottom left corner.
Using a pencil, sketch in the top of her hair.
When happy with your sketching, use a PC - 1MR black Posca pen to go over your lines. Use broken lines and a sketchy style to match Bev's original. I used a posca pen as it won't react to any paint or water used later.
Create a mask using either tracing paper or greaseproof paper by tracing the outline of the image, then cut out.
Using low tac tape, adhere the mask over the stamped image.
Place the circle from the Mirror Blocks stamp set on to a super skinny slim. Squeeze some of your chosen acrylic paint on to the stamp and use a brayer to spread it over the whole surface. Use enough paint so that when pressed on to the page it doesn't stick. Stamp this paint on to the page. Repeat using the same colour and stamping randomly on the page. Repeat with a second, third and fourth colour until the background is complete. Leave to dry fully.
Choose, some dinkables, I stuck with circles from sets 2 and 3. Using sponges, add white and black gesso through them. Leave to dry.
Remove the mask carefully.
Add black and white dots to some of the stencilled circles, a scribbled line border to some of the coloured circles and a scribbly line border to the page. I used posca pens for this.
Using a black watercolour pencil and waterbrush add shadows to the face and har. Add colour to her lips and cheeks with a red watercolour pencil and her eyes with a green watercolour pencil.
Glue to the centre of an 11 x 11 inch art journal page and add a sentiment from the Wordy Stickers 3B sheet.
