Just get some cheap lined pads from a supermarket/poundshop and decorate to suit your recipient.
Julie has decorated this one with some lovely patterned papers, stickers, some Bee Crafty Blooms.
All you need to complete these is a teeny bit of ispiration and you can choose any colour or style to suit who your giving it to.
