Alison CT - Catalyst Collage Inspiration

Hi everyone, today I'm sharing some inspiration for using the catalyst collage papers with some of the Journaling Essentials and Handwritten Words stamps.
To begin,  I cut the white border off the A5 Painted Gaze Catalyst Collage paper and glued it centrally to a page in my A4 journal.
Next, I blended salty ocean, picked raspberry and mustard seed distress oxides over the white space of the page, taking some on to the edges of the catalyst collage paper. I used first, second and third generation stamping to add the sentiment from the Handwritten Words stamp set using Versafine Clair nocturne ink.
Next I used 2 of the circles, from Journaling Essentials 2,  with Versafine Clair nocturne to add more detail to the background.

I filled any gaps using the large dots stamp from Journaling Essentials 9.
Then, I cut out the pink, yellow and blue daisy from the A5 Daisy Rainbow Paint Catalyst Collage paper and the pink and blue ones from the A4 version.

I added these to the page using foam pads and trimmed off any excess.
I stamped the sentiment on to seperate card and blended the three distress oxides over it. I then cut it out and edged it with black pen before gluing it to the page.
Products used:
Versafine Clair nocturne
Distress oxide - mustard seed,  picked raspberry,  salty ocean

Thank you for taking a look.
Alison
