Hi , this week I am using up some leftover background (mop up page ) to make a trio of ACTs
On this piece of card are Distress ink Seedless Preserve and Distress sprays Worn Lipstick and Peacock Feathers and it is just left over ink and spray from a previous project .
My first step was to cut my card into 3 ATCs , these are sized 2.5 in x 3. 5 inches.
Next , working on all 3 at the same time, choosing Distress inks Spiced Marmalade and Picked Raspberry and D’inkables set 2 , I added stenciling in various places. The edges were also inked around using Picked Raspberry to give them a little more depth.
Taking one of the small clocks from the Art stamp set Time is Free . Clocks were added randomly to each ATC using Distress ink Dusty Concord .
Next I stamped out a selection moths from the Art stamps Moth set and coloured them with Ecoline water colour pens, blending the colours with a little water . These would have some white gel pen details added when dry .
I then stamped out the Art Stamp , Background Script in black ink on to a piece is white card , tearing small strips to add to each ATC .
Here then are my ATCs with the Moths and sentiments from the Wordy Stickers set 3B added . My final step was to mount them on to some black card .
Thank you for taking a look this week , I hope you liked my step by step . I enjoy making ATC and it always surprises me how much you can fit on these small works of art .
Happy crafting
Calee
These are the products I used for my ATCs.
