Hello all , this week I have card to show you for my step by step , with a vintage feel ,using the new Doodle Art Lillius stamp .
For a change I started by creating my focal image .I did this by stamping the large Lillius on to an old book page .
Next this was coloured using Ecoline water colour pens .
I then inked around a white piece of card using Vintage Photo distress ink and with a small stamp from this set corner detail was added along with some doodled dots to create a frame .
The edges of my stamped image were then given a distressed feel, again using Vintage Photo distress ink and some background stamping was added with the smaller heart stamp from this set .
To add some more texture to my background some twine was wrapped around the white layer of card it was then glued on to a Kraft card blank.
My card was finished by tucking my book page layer under the twine and cutting my sentiment in half and adding it to my card.
