Ali CT - Tree Anniversary

This week I'm sharing how to make this clean and simple card using one of the Bee Crafty Easy Frames and one of the Beautanical silhouette stamps, any of the silhouettes would work with technique but I do have a thing for Tree stamps 🌳

Cut a piece of white card 6 1/4" x 6 1/4", pick 3 shades of blue plus a purple distress oxide.

Lay the 6" Circle Easy Frame over the white card, a little towards the top. Colour the centre with Tumbled Glass, blend Broken China around this, then Blueprint Sketch and finally Villainous Potion around the edge of the circle.

Spritz water over the coloured circle, wait for a few moments and then dab off the water using kitchen paper. Remove the Easy Frame and dry the card using a heat gun.

The silhouette tree is a big stamp so a stamping platform is very useful. Wipe an anti static pad over the dry card, position the stamp over the left hand side and stamp the tree using Black Versafine ink. Multi stamp to get a solid black image.

Heat emboss with clear embossing powder.

Stamp some of the flying birds from the Art Stamps Birds & Moons, over the edge of the coloured circle and clear heat emboss. I cut the stamp into 2 rather than mask off the other 3 birds.

Pick a sentiment from Everyday Sentiments 2 - XL, stamp this in black at the bottom right, partly over the coloured section and clear heat emboss.

Attach the panel to a black card matt leaving a border of 1/8" and fix it to a 7" x 7" white card blank,

Admire your finished card.
You could add a couple of gems at the top right and some sparkly highlights with a stardust gelly roll pen but I held back as I know my son in law is not a fan of sparkly things and the simple glossy sheen from the embossing will do.

That's really pretty Ali. I have similar products so will give it a try as I love CAS effect. Thanks for giving the names of the inkpad you used! So many don't and it is so helpful.
