My Family Tree

Julie made this beautiful tree, using the cut out for the Chipsters Wall Art, Butterfly Tree. These are made from laser cut whiteboard and are fantastic for colouring, as they take all the Ranger, and even ProMarkers absolutely fabulously.

So Julie inked the tree using Cut n Dry foam &
Shabby Shutters, Peeled Paint & Aged Mahogany

Julie then inked up some Chipsters Rinchies, using
Shabby Shutters & Victorian Velvet

The leaves are from the gorgeous BEAUtanicals Leaves stamp, Stamped Using
Tim Holtz Distress Inks Pine Needles and watercoloured using Peeled Paint.

The leaves were rounded using a pen to give the project a bit more dimension

The apple accents were added using a Zig Millennium pen No8
(these are available in store we are just putting them online :) )

The words are printed on copier paper, and then Julie has gone around the edge with the Zig Millenium pen and then assembled on a piece of board using the Bee Crafty White Glue (which is very very similar to Tombow Glue)

I think you'll agree this is a STUNNING project and using essentially and off cut so you can't go wrong.

Love with no Regrets

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I have been looking at all our beautiful samples in the shop today and there are so many I haven't shown you yet (this is why it's always a good idea to pop in if you can)

This gorgeous little creation was made by Julie using the Kaisercraft on this day range.

Using the beautiful Matrimony paper, Julie cut a square at a suitable size for layering onto a 6x6 Ivory Card, before she did she wrapper with lace and using a Tando punch created a border strip.

The Live with No Excuses (Lg) stamp from the WORDage range was stamped using Tim Holtz Distress Ink Aged Mahogany onto one of the On this Day fabulous journaling sections on the 12x12 paper, layered onto Ivory card and attached using double sided foam.

onto the border strip Julie attached a ribbon rose bow and hanging from it on some loose satin a steampunk penny farthing (antique silver)

It was all assembled and finished with some beautiful adhesive pearls.

I think you'll agree it's beautiful.

There was lots of crafting

and there was also the tasting of sherbet rainbows that Alisa had brought with her, I apologise for the graininess of the picture I didn't get chance to focus it properly before they went down the hatches

they were really nice, I apologise to the ladies who were the permanent subjects of todays photos but as I was trying to capture candid I didn't get everyone, plus I was actually crafting for a change too :)

It was an absolutely wonderful day with so much fun and laughter and some brilliant crafty makes, if you'd like to come along our next one is
