Hi everyone, I'm up on the Bee Crafty blog today and I thought as it was Valentines Day this Thursday I'd share a card suitable for sending to the one you love.
Materials
- 7" square white card blank
- Black & white card stock
- Hearts Inkable
- Style Wire Hearts stamp - large
- Can't buy love WORDage stamp
- Distress Oxides (Scattered Straw & Festive Berries)
- Onyx Black Versafine ink
- White gel pen
- Glue & Foam pads
- Cut a square of black card smaller than the card blank, and a square of white slightly smaller again.
- Add some of the Oxides to a blending mat, spritz with water and drag the square of white card through it. Dry with a heat tool.
- Place the Inkable over the card and then blend some of both Distress Oxides over it. Take the Festive Berries Oxide and blend some of this around the edges of the card.
- Stamp the Style Wire heart in the centre of the card using Versafine ink, and then mat this to the black card. Glue this to the card blank.
- Stamp the sentiment using Versafine ink on to spare white card, cut out and mat to black card. Attach to the card blank using foam pads.
- Finish by adding some highlights to the hearts using a white gel pen.
That's it for this week, I'll be back next week to share another make with you all.
Hugs, Lorre-Anne x
