Did you all you mummies get spoiled yesterday?

Hiya everyone

I hope you all did.  I was very lucky to get some nice photo's that were taken at the Studio on the business park where we are located.  This is the third or fourth set of pictures we have had taken there and they are absolutely fabulous!!!

We had some lovely new inkpads in today.  The memento inkpads is fast drying and fade resistant. The innovative pad delivers finer impressions and exceptionally even coverage.

In a great selection of colours you can find them on our website here as these only came in today the section hasn't completed the update yet - please keep checking back.

We've still got a couple of spaces on the Distressed Notebook workshop on Monday 22nd March

This class is running 10am - 12noon and is £10 per person.

You can book a place on any of our workshops by clicking here and if there is something you would like to do but can't see then let us know and we'll do what we can to help.

Promarkers...

...are back in stock!!!

Each pen is double-ended, with a broad chisel nib for large area fills and a fine bullet tip for more detailed work. ProMarkers contain alcohol based inks.  I absolutely love these pens, they give a smooth finish that looks like its been painted rather than "coloured in".  The advantage to being able to by them in singles is that you choose your colours and can start one at a time and build up your collection.

The range stocked by us at Bee Crafty can be found here and at just £1.99 they are an affordable choice that as I said can build up over time as and when you can.

Hope you're all ok

Glitter Girls Keepsake Boards...

That says it all really!!!

But I wouldn't be me if I stopped talking now!

So what are these boards?  By now lots of you crafters out there will already know (lucky you).  For those that don't allow me to introduce you to a brilliant way of cardmaking and now scrapbooking too.  The dry embossing pieces that you can make with these boards are beautiful and there is a board for everyone.  Some people think every board is for them though :)

One of their newest boards (and a new favourite of mine) is the Treasured Memories 12x12 board.  The board comes to you in a Pink colour but here is a black and white view
(so that you can see where the lines are).
So as you can see there are hundreds of combinations that you can use to create cards, mini books and 12x12 frames.  This particular board can be here on our website for the rest of them please click here.

Hope everyone is ok

5 sleeps...

...until the next MJM Art Tart Class

Yes its that time again for the lovely Michelle to join us for another of her Saturday workshops.

This time it's the Glitzy Handbag book...

Spaces are now very limited but there's still chance for you to book on this workshop/

This fantastic all day workshop runs from 10am - 2pm

Michelle made this gorgeous little book after she went on a birthday cruise with her husband in 2008 and had a 'posh' night otherwise known as the formal night and photos were taken. She ended up with a set of 6 photos that weren't all that formal but hold great memories. Come and create your own Gltzy story be it a wedding, little girls dress up story or a special new years eve party!
Workshop includes the full instructions by Michelle Jackson-Mogford, use of all equipment, includes all necessary products, tea/coffee.

You can book by clicking here.

Look forward to seeing you there

It's the first Saturday of the month which means........

...........We're open tomorrow as its CROP Sunday!!!

So it's also the first Sunday of the month and as usual we are open 11am-4pm.

Today was a fabulous day, the weather was beautiful and we saw some new people and some that we haven't seen for a while (avoiding the word old lol).  Was nice to see each and every one of you.

So has anyone had a go with the Versafine inks?  If not there is a list of reasons you should. If you are looking for an ink to give you extremely fine detail. An ink that you are able to watercolor or marker over and it won't bleed then this is definately the product for you! This natural oil-based pigment ink dries instantly on matte cardstock. You won't believe it till you see it and this inkpad lasts 3-5 times longer than regular inks.

In a selection of 12 colours there is something suitable for every situation and at just £5.45 the fact that they last so much longer makes them an affordable option.  You can find the range we stock here on our website.

My best results with these inks have been with the PaperArtsy stamps so far.  I haven't tried them with many others but fully intend to, especially being as it is our crop tomorrow so its my playday!!!

Hope you're all ok

Flower Soft anyone?

For those of you that don't know Flower Soft is a versatile product that can embellish and decorate any design and give it a different dimension.  It can be used to make very realistic flowers or to decorate a printed text.  The best thing about it is that all you need to create a wonderful look is the right glue..

which you can find with the other accessories here

Then you have the choice of which colours to go for and whether the Original or Ultra Fine is for you - personally I can see a fabulous use for both but it's never as easy as that is it!!

Here is the Ultra Fine Citrus Crush

And all of the other Flower Soft products, including the ultra fine and original, are available from Bee Crafty can be found here on our website

Here's one of the toppers that will also be found on the above link

well I hope you all like this product as much as I do and if you would like any help then please don't hesitate to contact us.

Spring has Sprung!!

Well well well for those of you that were unsure that big shiny thing in the sky today was infact the SUN!!!!!!!!!

Sorry but it was just so nice to see that Spring is in the air and what a fantastic start to the season it was.  Not holding out too much hope but hey ho we'll see how it goes wont we!  Whatever happens there is, as always, lots of opportunity for some great photo's.

I had a lovely workshop today with two ladies learning about heat embossing with the Cosmic Shimmer products.  We did a bit of everything and had a lovely time.  The rest of workshops ready for booking are available here on the website.

We had a new delivery of magazines today - Card Trends, Scrapbook Trends and Simply Handmade,  These magazines are a fantastic source of inspiration mixed with a bit of jealousy for me as the talent in there is amazing but the results are definately achievable!

So hope you're all ok

Take care
