Sharing with you all my snow blizzard show samples with a little more detail of how I created them...
CARD - Blended Distress Oxide background, stamped large blizzard stamp in the centre, added snowflake stamp details around the main image, die cut circle with let it snow sentiment mounted on foam pads.
CARD - Distress ink background, snowflake ink'able details in black soot, stamped mini blizzard and snowflakes to build up the layers, MDF snowflake coated in embossing powder and sentiment added with white posca pen accents.
CARD - Spray ink background, stamped large blizzard and additional snowflake stamps, inked edges, sentiment heat embossed onto black card.
CARD - Smooshed oxide ink background in blues, snowflake mask and spritzed ink to give subtle detail, stamped snowflakes in white gesso, some holographic medium for sparkle, MDF snowflakes coloured with gilding polish and snowy accents and sentiment fussy cut and bordered with snowy accents.
CARD - One tone blended card in tattered rose, bauble easy frame, snowflake border stamped and sentiment. Flicked water for colour lift around the edges.
Mixed media bottle lamp - miniature prosecco bottle covered in chrome and titanium texture paste, MDF stars heat embossed, sentiment on card and fussy cut - all elements glued on with Pinflair dimensional glue. Then a string of mini lights wrapped round and battery case glued onto the back.
CARD - Trees template inked through, snowflakes stamped, tag decorated with the text stamp, some snowflakes and inked with two colours (weathered wood and tea dye) MDF snowflake and part of one of the sentiments.
MDF BAUBLE SCENE - Painted outer frames, for the detail I used posca paint pens and set against a card background which has a coating of holographic medium on it so it looks wintery. MDF snowflakes added, plus sentiment and ribbon.
MDF BAUBLE SCENE - Painted outer, white gesso stamped snowflakes. Foil sheet back drop, details coloured with posca paint pens again and some snowy accents used for a festive feel. Bronze 3D enamel accent used to frame the inner scene.
MDF BAUBLE SCENE - shaker style!
Painted frames and stamped text in gold paint. Acetate window secured between the layers so I could fill with white sparkle glitter and mini iridescent stars (shaker) sealed edges with glossy accents.
