To begin, rip to triangular pieces of old book page to fit the corners of the notebook page. Glue them in place.
Apply a thin layer of white gesso to the page and leave to dry.
Using blending brushes, I applied squeezed lemonade and salvaged patina to the page.
Next I blended salvaged patina distress ink through the 6" inkables harlequin.
Then I blended the same ink through the lines dinkable from set 8.
Choose one of the A5 greyscale catalyst cards and remove the white edge. Then cut it into six strips length ways, ensuring each strip is a different width. Cut these into different lengths. Rough the edges using the blade of a pair of scissors. Edge with peacock feathers distress oxide and glue to the page in the design in the photo.
Blend tea dye distress ink through both of the leaf dinkables from set 14.
Choose an A5 catalyst card that will complement your background and stamp the smaller rainbow bird using versafine clair nocturne and heat emboss with clear embossing powder. Cut out the bird.
Glue the bird to the page so that it sits on the larger horizontal strip of paper. Add some of the script background stamp using tea dye distress ink.
Finally add a sentiment from the Wordy Stickers 3B.
