Hi I thought I would share how I made one of my samples for the inkable tags showStart by creating a background paper. Apply the Dylusion paint to the paper, brushing in both vertical and horizontal lines.
Using the distress oxides stamp several of the different butterflies from the stamp sets. Rip four strips from this paper and ink the edges with hickory smoke distress oxide.
Using one of the tag inkables from set 1 and peacock feathers distress oxide completely cover the mdf tag with the pattern.
Using twisted citron and a second inkable tag from set 1, add more detail to two opposite corners of the tag.
Using hickory smoke distress oxide stamp your chosen sentiment several times over the mdf tag, this will add more texture to the background.
Add the four strips of your backing paper to the right hand side of the tag. I used pva glue to stick it to the tag, as collage medium would react with the distress oxides.
Add more detail to the background using the coffee stain stamps and peacock feathers distress oxide.
Paint the silhouette butterfly popout with the green paint and the intricuts part with the blue paint.
Stamp two of the same butterfly from the stamp set using versafine clair warm breeze and colour using twisted citron distress oxide with a waterbrush. Then die cut out.
Add the popout and stamped butterflies to the tag. Stamp the same sentiment that you used on the background using versafine clair morning mist. Cut out and glue to the tag.
