Mandala Stamps

The first card I created by stamping various mandalas from set #1 using VersaMark clear ink, white embossing powder & a heat gun. Blend Squeezed Lemonade, Mowed Lawn & Blueprint Sketch over the top of the mandala’s. Stamp the largest Mandala & use a combination of the same Distress Oxide Inks, & Ecoline Brush Pens colour & cut out the flower shape. Stamp a sentiment (Everyday Sentiments 1 reg set) on to a strip of torn vellum & glue everything in place.

For this card I started with a Gelli print then the Dahlia 6x6 stencil & Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide ink. Then I stamped the centre mandala twice in Versafine Clair Nocturne & coloured with Ecoline Brush Pens. Cut the centre circle out & layered it onto the 2nd one with foam pads. 

Then I stamped & coloured the largest mandala from #1 set, cut out the “petals” & glued around the edges… then added some white pen hi lights.

Again I started with a Gelli print.. die cut a tag stamped the bubble circle in Versamark ink & heat embossed with white powder. I used a paler shade of pink card, stamped & embossed the ring circle in white twice & cut into semicircles & glued to the tag. Then I added paint dots in various colours.

To create the background add 3 Distress Oxide colours to a craft mat, smoosh card through each colour separately & dry in between. Stamp & colour the large Mandala #1 in the same colours & add a stamped sentiment to the centre Stamp the Feather onto shrink plastic in Stazon ink, colour with alcohol pens, add a hole, cut out & shrink.. add to card.

Another Gelli print to start.. I added some Versamark clear ink into the Pearls Big One , place ink down onto your background, press ( or brayer over) firmly then add Distress Embossing Glaze (Pink Flamingo) & heat. Stamp the “layered apple” Mandala 6 times, colour with Ecoline Brush Pens or Distress Oxides or both!! 

Cut out & layer up. Add some stems from the Doodle Art Butterfly reg in Versafine Clair Acorn ink. Add some script to the background, glue the mandalas on & add a sentiment.
