Isn't it great to have a matching stamp and die set!
Using the regular set of the Birds & Butterflies I used the dragonfly die and cut ten – five in black cardstock and five in coloured cardstock. I then stamped onto the coloured cardstock and heat embossed.
I die-cut five more dragonflies in heat emboss acetate and embossed the wings with glittered embossing powder which I then cut out to add onto the embossed dragonflies. I added then with a foam pad to left them off the main body.
Added a gem in the centre of the wings.
I layered the background and dry embossed the yellow cardstock to add dimension and texture.
