Alison CT - Don't fear the white space

Hi everyone, today I thought I would inspire you to not fear the white space. To inspire you I have created this page in my Dina Wakely media 10 x 8 journal.

Begin by using the Circles 1 big one, with cracked pistachio distress oxide, to create a diagonal line of circles.

Now add more circles using the perspective circles 6x6 inkable with prize ribbon distress oxide.
Add black soot distress ink directly to the circles 1 big one, then spritz with water and dab it on to the page.
Using the ledger stamp and black soot distress ink, add it centrally to the page. Don't worry if it doesn't stamp cleanly.

Using the sketchy circle from the journal art elements 3, black soot distress oxide, stamp it three times down the left side of the ledger image.
Now stamp the small cicles stamp from the art journal elements 3 set three times on the page, with black soot distress oxide.

Use a waterbrush to pull some of the ink into the left side of the sketchy circle and some of the smaller circles. Also do this with some of the black stencilled circles. This creates shadow.

On a seperate piece of card, stamp the largest mandala from set 1 twice using Versafine Clair nocturne.

Colour the parts needed to create a flower on both images, making one slightly darker than the other. The darker one will be the bottom layer of the flower. Cut them out.

Glue the two layers of the flower together, off setting the layers. Glue it to the page on the right of the ledger image. Choose a sentiment from the Dylusions bigger back chat set 2 stickers and glue to the page. Use a black inktense pencil and a paintbrush to add a shadow to the left and bottom of the sentiment pieces.
